The year 2017 has been a great year for both P & R Desjardins and Menuiseries Mont-Royal, with the most important mandate since the founding of the companies; a site of more than 250,000 square feet of development to receive the new head office of a Canadian chartered bank.
We were also honored to be entrusted with other major projects, such as Phase 1 of the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) headquarters at Place Ville-Marie, as well as the Medisys Health Group. KPMG tower, the renovation of the Canada Place lobby and the 1600 boul. René-Lévesque West, the layout for the new spaces of McGill University’s Department of Psychology at 2001 McGill College and two Regus branches.
For the MMR workshop, the year was marked by prestigious projects in luxury residences in Montreal, the Laurentians and Florida and by its involvement in the renovation of the Queen Elizabeth Hotel including VIP Lounge, the Presidential suite, John Lennon and Yoko Ono suits.
2018 promises to be as favourable; a beginning with a well-filled order book, including Laurentian Bank’s new head office, De Gaspé branch in Regus and Atomic Fiction’s offices.
We would like to take opportunity of the New Year to thank our partners in these achievements, our employees, our subcontractors and our suppliers. Without their commitment, the successes we’ve had would not have been possible.
May the year on the horizon bring health, happiness and prosperity to all.
Happy Holidays 2017 and Happy New Year 2018.
