Our project team brings significant industry experience to every project – and pride themselves on the close partnerships forged with clients. To understand why, you have to look to our roots which go back to 1960.
P&R Desjardins is a 3rd generation family business, now run by Marc-Antoine Desjardins (B.Arch Msc.A) and his senior management team. Together, they run a tight-knit group of over 40 individuals, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years. Some are even 2nd generation employees.
Our business is about people. Which is why we operate as an extension of your team, with senior management and Project Directors always involved at every level, no matter the size of the project. By collaborating closely in this way, our team can get closer to the project and your objectives.
A first for our industry, our Project Directors are also Estimators. It means they can guarantee a more in-depth project understanding and quick turnaround. Not to mention a better customer experience.
Our extended team also includes our millworking partners from MMR who bring excellence in millworking and advanced knowledge when needed.
