This IT research and development company specialized in financial services required our involvement from the very earliest design phases of this project.

The project management approach helped us understand the client’s needs and make a detailed budget assessment. We completed the entire project, including architectural, mechanical and electrical components on 3 floors as well as in the building’s mechanical rooms. The structured installation of wiring included fiber optics, low voltage and data on a raised floor. During an emergency, the electromechanical machinery had to be supported by an automatic transfer switch, a generator and Liebert equipment that were delivered by crane via René-Lévesque Boulevard.
