Hybris

SAP Hybris, an e-commerce specialist ranked among the best in the world thanks to its omnichannel platform, was looking to renovate its environment and expand. The company was already operating from two floors located at 999 de Maisonneuve West in Montreal, a Triovest Group property.

The solution they settled on was to add another adjacent floor and make all the changes without impeding any of the company’s ongoing activities.

P&R Desjardins was chosen to complete this 43 000 square foot project, in collaboration with SAP Hybris representatives, the professionals and managers of the Triovest building. The work was completed in 3 stages. First, the new space was remodeled and the employees on one of the existing floors moved out. With this floor free, it was then renovated and the third floor followed suit. The work for which the owner was responsible was also integrated into the tenant’s plans.
