Since our 3rd generation, family business was established in 1960, we’ve fitted out some of Montreal’s most significant corporate buildings.
Today, with more than 60 years under our belt, we specialise in fit-outs, modifications and extensions of existing spaces, refreshing finishes and integrating new technology.
For our high calibre project team, there’s no project too small or challenge too big. Together, our project directors, site supervisors and preferred sub-contractors bring a service-oriented approach to every task – putting the focus on you.
We also established MMR in 1974, allowing us to offer unparalleled millworking and fast turnaround times.

The challenge was renovating over 40,000 square feet in less than 12 months, while 160 employees continued to work on site. P&R Desjardins has distinguished itself through its commitment, responsibility and ability to deliver projects to a high level of excellence.

Validating your options
From the earliest stages of a project, we work with clients and real estate advisors to determine the best scenarios. We also produce high level budgets and schedules, assess the pros and cons of the building environment and scope the move-in or move-out scenarios.
Preliminary budgeting & scheduling
Once a clear direction has been established, we then create detailed budgets and schedules. This helps us successfully steer the project and keep a clear focus, while also streamlining our collaboration.
Materials and construction systems consultation
With over 60 years experience working in the office fit-out industry, we have intimate knowledge of the materials and construction systems available and can help you select the right ones for the job and your budget.
We offer the full spectrum – from determining the best contractual environment, selecting the sub contractors and suppliers and value engineering. To organizing and supervising construction, managing health and safety and quality control, coordinating external suppliers and movers, as well as offering system startup, training and post construction services.
Evolving the space
Our job isn’t finished once we’ve handed a project over. We continue to work closely with clients to optimize the available space as their needs change as well as modify and update it to keep pace with evolving trends, such as video conferencing and more.
Even the best systems require ongoing care and attention. So we undertake maintenance and repair on finishes as well as adjust mechanical systems, furniture and hardware, if necessary.
