What a challenge. Create a welcoming layout in an exceptional space. A former pizza factory with ceilings of 27-foot and 15-foot high, 29,300 square feet of floor space over 2 stories in a building being converted by another team of workers while having a limited 22-week schedule. To top it off, a pandemic which forced us to put in place, with a group of “leaders” of the industry, health and safety measures even before they were arranged in the rest of the building, and in the rest of the industry.

The result is an on-time delivery of a setting encouraging creativity, featuring eco-friendly materials, high-end architectural woodwork, brickwork, acoustic panels and omnipresent greenery.

While not forgetting to integrate well into the decor an imposing library, an innovative kitchen, all topped with a rooftop terrace with a grandiose view of Mile-Ex, Montreal’s most trendy district.
