McCarthy Tétrault renews its confidence in P+R Desjardins.

This project involves the development of a law firm spanning approximately 115,000 square feet across five floors, featuring four dedicated practice floors interconnected by an internal staircase. Additionally, the project encompasses a conference center equipped with a fully functional commercial kitchen and a dedicated bar/lounge area designed for corporate events overlooking the 1000 de la Gauchetière atrium.

To ensure uninterrupted business operations, the project was executed in two phases, each comprising two stages. This meticulous approach allowed us to maintain business continuity throughout the project’s timeline, spanning from April 2021 to December 2022. A bold concept with impressive results.
