It is by serving clients of the size and stature of State Street Corporation that we can meet tough challenges. When such clients come back to us years later to entrust us with the development of their new offices, this is where we can measure the progress we have made since 1960.

During 2019, State Street Global Advisors, the third largest asset manager in the world, renewed their confidence in P + R by entrusting us with the construction of their new Canadian headquarters; 30,000 square feet on the 5th floor of 1981 McGill College.

The design of the space, bearing the signature of the architects Provencher Roy, is of a contemporary, refined and chic style where utility is omnipresent. This built environment will withstand the effects of time. The construction was completed in 30 weeks, greatly facilitated by CBRE’s project management team and that of the building owner, Industrielle Alliance.
