An exceptional corporate space

In 2020, P+R Desjardins Construction was given the opportunity to partner with the creative minds of Provencher Roy in the construction of an international high tech company’s latest acquisition, Compulsion Games offices.

 Located in downtown Montreal, the 23 000 square feet blank canvas was soon transformed in a beautiful and functional office space. From the bold light fixtures, wallpaper and veneer choices, a once cold concrete space was given a second light.

 With the custom millwork, Atelier MMR, was able to give the large common area and multiple meeting spaces a coziness rarely found in a typical office fit out.

 A preconstruction alliance between P+R and the design team was also an important aspect of the success of the project. Given the multitude of special trades, special finishes, and architectural details it was important to fine tune any potential issues ahead of construction to respect the tight schedule.
