Loranger Marcoux, a law firm specializing in labor, has wind in its sails.

It was a bold move to not only renew a commercial lease, but also to increase the square footage of their offices located at 2000 McGill College amid the COVID closure. From the outset, they called on P+R Desjardins in their real estate thinking. Our team supported them by providing them with financial data according to the multiple scenarios considered. The final verdict was to relocate them to another entire floor of 2000 McGill and start over.

An aggressive timeline of 13 weeks had been determined. It was therefore our chance to test the efficiency of the teams forced to work under the strictest new health measures. With a “homy” touch, the project was unifying. After several months of working from home, this group wanted to return to the office.
