Woodwork meets brickwork, metalwork, and greenery.

A vibrant space in the heart of downtown designed for a multinational high-tech company. 18,200 square feet of floor space over two floors, separating the customer’s areas from the employee’s space. A modern setting including focus rooms, meeting rooms, a multifunction training room, open workstations, public and private kitchens, and breakout areas to help promote gatherings and interactions between staff members.

In addition to the abundance of daylight, the harmony between materials and strategically placed graffiti and planters helps tie-in the exterior environment as it gives the occupants a sense of outdoors, taking away from the traditional office approach.

Completed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, P+R Desjardins Construction had to juggle material increases and unknown delivery dates. This required constant communications between the design professionals and the client. The result, a content client and a project delivered beyond their expectations.
