A Visionary Workspace at Place Victoria

Hapag-Lloyd, a global leader in maritime transport, entrusted us with the realization of its new offices on the 44th and 45th floors of the iconic Place Victoria. From the project’s inception, the objective was clear: to develop an innovative, functional work environment aligned with the highest international standards. This was an ambitious mandate, executed with absolute mastery and precision.

The 18-week timeline presented a significant challenge for our teams. To succeed, we relied on rigorous planning, the unwavering mobilization of all partners, and a constant on-site presence—extending to seven days a week. Every phase of the project was optimized to maintain an uncompromising pace.

Opening the 45th-floor slab to integrate an internal staircase and transforming a section into a master beam represented major structural feats. These interventions required a disciplined, expert approach, carried out in strict accordance with engineering standards and an unrelenting focus on safety.

Our approach was built on the seamless management of the time–quality–cost triad, keeping client satisfaction at the heart of every decision. By flawlessly coordinating these three pillars, the project was delivered with maximum efficiency. The relocation was orchestrated without friction, ensuring a fluid transition and rapid occupancy of the new spaces.

This project stands out through its bold and original design. The reception area features a structure inspired by a shipping container—a direct tribute to Hapag-Lloyd’s DNA. This design choice reflects our ability to push boundaries and offer creative, bespoke solutions.

This mandate perfectly illustrates what we do best: delivering workspaces that combine technical prowess, efficiency, and distinct character. Such a success was made possible by the robust collaboration between all stakeholders.
