A space designed to think, create, and collaborate.

We recently completed an office fit-out project for a major company operating in the audiovisual industry. The mandate was to design and deliver a bright, functional work environment that encourages collaboration.

Spanning two levels, the project includes several areas such as a cafeteria, a library, and multiple collaborative spaces. The layout favors an open-concept configuration to maximize natural light and promote interaction among teams.

Private offices were equipped with integrated audiovisual systems, including televisions, to support users’ technological needs and optimize hybrid work environments.

The project is also distinguished by the development of a modern conference center. This versatile environment accommodates strategic meetings, presentations, and professional events in a setting that is both functional and representative.

The project is pursuing LEED certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable development and energy performance.
