Fintech Station
Finance Montréal, Québec’s financial cluster, was created in 2010 by players from the financial sector at the invitation of the Government of Québec, with the mission to develop and promote the financial services industry in Québec.
To do so, it relies, among other things, on stimulating financial entrepreneurship and to achieve this, it gave itself a tool, the “Fintech Montreal Station” to contribute to the growth of young companies in the sector. It aims to be a catalyst for development for young entrepreneurs in financial entrepreneurship.
Fintech station, a 25,000 square feet space arranged in 10 closed offices for “Start-ups”, in 76 fixed (assigned) workstations with access to common services such as multifunctional conference rooms, service internet, kitchen, auditorium, recording studio, to resources offered by its vast network of speakers and to training, coaching and networking events. These spaces are available for rental to young companies in the financial sector that meet target criteria.
Located at 4 Place Ville-Marie, this space bears the signatures of VAD Designers d’Espaces and P + R Desjardins Construction. Architectural carpentry and cabinetmaking were entrusted to Atelier MMR.
