This project stands as another remarkable achievement within the prestigious 1000 de la Gauchetière West tower, blending innovation, precision, and timeless appeal. Following their lease renewal, Osler undertook a complete transformation of their workspace, resulting in two office floors designed around light, transparency, and acoustic comfort. Continuous glazing floods the spaces with natural light, while custom-built millwork ensures a refined aesthetic and superior sound performance.

The third floor was conceived as a vibrant multipurpose hub, featuring several open kitchens, a large catering kitchen, and a state-of-the-art conference center. This area was meticulously planned to enhance both the employee and client experience, offering flexibility for collaboration, events, and social gatherings.

Despite a highly demanding schedule, the project was executed with exceptional coordination between all stakeholders. MMR’s unparalleled craftsmanship—particularly their meticulous alignment of walnut veneer—brought warmth and sophistication, elevating the environment into a perfect balance of modernity and enduring elegance.
